The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use. It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

Returns process:
After receiving your request, we will provide you with the return instructions. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

Full Refund:
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 5 to 10 working days.

Non-refundable items:
Promotional or clearance products.
Gift cards.
Personalized products that have been tailor-made for you.

Shipping refunds:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for another (e.g. different size or color), send us an email at support@handbanner.us. As soon as we receive the original product, we will send you the new unit as requested.
